  • Fabrication of a series of rough working mock ups exploring wax polish application and effectiveness of both applicator and buffing brush operating speeds
  • Design engineering of a cost effective single motor transmission in which one brush stood still while the other was in operation
  • Repackaging of traditional wax based polish into easy loading, disposable cartridges for toting multiple colors
  • Generation of a full CAD package and Bill of Material for supplier sourcing
  • Final rapid prototype part creation and machining of inner gear train transmission for user interface testing and overseas sourcing/reference
